An Australian supplement brand launched in four prioritised markets with distributors appointed, negotiated and managed by ATM.
September 2026
A leading Australian supplement brand wanted a prioritised path into Asia and the Middle East across its protein, supplement and functional-food ranges. ATM ranked every market on category growth and regulatory complexity, harmonised the range so one portfolio could clear multiple regulators, found and negotiated the distributors and retailers in each market, launched in the four priority markets and now manages sales performance.

Where the brand was.
Three product segments, every market in Asia and the Middle East on the table, and a label and ingredient position written for Australia. Entering market by market with a different range in each would have multiplied cost and registration time; entering with the home range unchanged would have stopped at several borders. The brand needed one portfolio that worked across markets, and someone in the region to run it.
What ATM did, in order.
| Step | What ATM did |
|---|---|
| Decide | Category size and growth in every key segment across all markets, combined with regulatory complexity, to rank where to go first. |
| Validate | Ingredient and labelling compliance requirements per market, used to harmonise the portfolio and SKU list so the roll-out could run across markets efficiently. |
| Appoint | Key distributors and retailers, online and offline, identified in each market; negotiations managed across all of them. |
| Run | Launch in the four prioritised markets, with sales performance managed by ATM in-region. |
What changed.
Four markets live through appointed partners, one harmonised range cleared across them, and ATM managing performance month after month.
