You make the product. We run the region.
Three stages of an Asian business - Enter, Expand, Establish - decided on evidence and run in-region by one accountable team.
30 minutes with a founder, not a sales sequence.
How we work
How we work
Asia Trade Management runs consumer brands' Asian trade in three stages - Enter, Expand, Establish. We rank the markets you are in and the ones you are not, validate the regulator and the margin before money moves, appoint and vet the importers and distributors, negotiate the terms and then manage the relationship in-region, so your team stays on the home market. 12 Asian markets, more than 250 vetted partners, one accountable team.

Fit
Built for brands that have already won at home - and already trading in Asia.
Food & Beverage, Health & Wellness and Beauty & Personal Care brands with USD 20-200 million at home, from Australia, New Zealand, the UK, the US and Europe. Most are already selling in Asia, by appointment or by accident.
Selling, unmanaged
Your product is on Asian marketplaces and shelves through partners you never appointed.
Take control of the price, the listing and the reorder, and choose which of those markets to build.
Appointed, underperforming
You have a distributor in one or two markets and the numbers are not what the proposal said.
Review the partner against the market, re-benchmark the terms, and decide whether to fix or replace.
First entry
Demand signals from Asia, no one on the ground yet.
Start with the evidence to choose the first market and partner, with the same accountability the other two get.
The three stages
Enter. Expand. Establish.
Support matched to where your brand actually is. Each stage has its own intelligence, its own partner work and its own numbers. Most brands join at Expand.

Prefer to buy one answer rather than a programme?
Each intelligence service can be bought on its own, per market.
Inside a programme
Three workstreams, one team.
Strategy sets the direction, intelligence validates it, and that evidence decides which partner is appointed and how they are managed.
Strategic review
Where the next dollar goes - markets in and markets out, ranked each quarter against what the region actually did.
Business intelligence
Value chain and pricing, P&L and forecasting, sales and inventory performance - the numbers your board will ask for, before they ask.
Partner management
Distributor review and selection, trade-term negotiation and re-negotiation, onboarding, governance and performance tracking - ATM in the room, not on copy.
The difference
Consultants advise. We own and manage the results.
Advice lacks accountability; management brings it. A consultancy hands you a report and a list. ATM hands you a distributor we have vetted, a price stack we have built, a meeting we sat in - and then stays on the account, on a fixed fee against named deliverables and a revenue share paid only when revenue is realised.
Managed, not introduced.
Onboarding, governance and performance tracking, in-region, for the length of the programme.
Priced before shipped.
Wholesale to shelf, per SKU, with duties, margins and VAT, before inventory moves.
Vetted, not sourced.
Every partner is screened for legitimacy, category fit and the actual decision-maker.
Before the call
Questions brands ask us.
What does ATM do for brands in Asia?
ATM ranks the markets you are in and the ones you are not, validates the regulator and the margin, finds and vets importers and distributors, negotiates the terms, and then manages those partners in-region to deliver performance. Where you already have a partner, we review them against the market before anything else.
How is ATM different from a market-entry consultancy?
A consultancy delivers research and recommendations. ATM does that - market research, entry and expansion strategy, pricing, channel roll-out, brand building, supply chain and regulatory guidance - and then runs the trade: a dedicated team manages your distributors in-region, on one monthly fee against named deliverables, plus a revenue share paid only when revenue is realised.
How do you decide which Asian market gets the next investment?
We score every market - the ones you are in and the ones you are not - on size, growth, ease and demand for your category, then check competitors, channels, regulation and consumer readiness. The output is a ranked roadmap, so you can see why a market you are already in may rank below one you are not.
Can ATM tell us whether our brand will work in a given market?
Yes. The Market Readiness Assessment tests pricing, compliance, localisation, supply chain and marketing execution for a named market, and the Brand Performance Assessment benchmarks your e-commerce footprint against local competitors. Both are delivered in one to two weeks and can be run before any programme.
We already have a distributor in Asia. What can ATM do?
Review them. Partner Reliability & Engagement tests the partner against the market, the terms against the benchmark, and the sell-through against what the category does there. The outcome is fix, re-negotiate or replace - with the evidence for whichever it is.
Can ATM help develop new products for Asian markets?
Yes, in the Establish stage. Once a brand is trading in-region, ATM's product development team and partner network can identify gaps, adapt formulations or formats for local requirements, and support local manufacturing where it improves margin or lead time.
Who has ATM worked with?
Of the 12 brands served since 2022, 8 were already trading in Asia when they came to us and 4 returned for a further mandate. Where a brand has not yet approved being named, it is described by origin and category - an Australian supplements brand, a South African sports-nutrition brand, a UK endurance-nutrition brand. Case detail is shared on the first call.
What is iTradeHub, and do we need to sign up?
iTradeHub is ATM's own operating system for the work: the partner network, the analysis, your intelligence reports and recommendations, documentation and performance tracking, kept in one place. Clients get access when an engagement starts. There is no self-service sign-up and nothing to buy separately.
How do brands start working with ATM?
Book a 30-minute call with one of the founders. Bring your category, revenue band, the markets you are in and the ones you are considering. We will suggest either a single service to answer your first question, or the stage that fits where you are. No platform sign-up is required.
