ATM offers a range of services including Brand Sourcing, Brand & Portfolio Details, Documentation Consolidation, and Pricing Details to help partners evaluate brands. Additionally, we provide a set of ‘value-added’ services to help partners further expand performance upon request.
We support Purchase and Consignment Models, exclusive and non-exclusive distribution arrangements, as well as minimum tenure agreements to enable the most suitable terms between brands and partners.
ATM works with brands to access relevant ingredient, manufacturing, and labeling documentation to enable necessary import permits and/or regulatory approvals to be obtained in each market before commencement.
ATM analyzes a range of factors, including market size and growth, competitor landscape, pricing and value chain, and regulatory feasibility to determine the brand’s potential.
ATM fees are charged to the brand, so partners do not incur any fees. We also offer a value-added set of services for partners, with customized costs based on specific requirements.
ATM outlines and communicates the investment support required from brands to support their market entry and expansion. This includes both trade support and marketing investment, which is factored into negotiations.
